2005 - The year of the house exchanges!

2005 was the year I went overboard with home exchanges: five different groups of people came to stay at Resta! In June, the newly restored Chapel of San Giovanni at Resta was inaugurated with a mass during which Sara and I played the Ave Maria together, and this was the moment I went back to playing the flute after many years of silence. Of course I had no idea at the time that over the next decade or so, this would lead to a recording career in progressive rock music!
